Due to the specific nature of our products (Personal Care & Hygiene) and to ensure public health safety, returns are accepted ONLY under the following conditions:
- Original Condition: The product must be completely unopened (carton and internal plastic packs must be sealed).
- Packaging: The outer packaging must be intact and undamaged.
- Proof of Purchase: The electronic invoice or Order Number must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We apologize that we cannot accept returns in the following cases:
- Products that have been opened or used (for strict health and hygiene reasons).
- Products damaged due to poor storage by the customer (e.g., exposure to water or humidity).
