1. Timeframe

You have the right to request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order.


2. Conditions for Return (For Your Safety)

Due to the specific nature of our products (Personal Care & Hygiene) and to ensure public health safety, returns are accepted ONLY under the following conditions:

  • Original Condition: The product must be completely unopened (carton and internal plastic packs must be sealed).
  • Packaging: The outer packaging must be intact and undamaged.
  • Proof of Purchase: The electronic invoice or Order Number must be provided.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We apologize that we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Products that have been opened or used (for strict health and hygiene reasons).
  • Products damaged due to poor storage by the customer (e.g., exposure to water or humidity).
  • Requests made after the allowable period (exceeding 7 days).


4. Manufacturing Defects or Errors

We take full responsibility.

If you receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will handle the entire arrangement for exchange or return, and we will cover all shipping fees.


5. Refund Process

Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection:

  • The paid amount will be refunded to you.
  • The bank transfer process typically takes 7 to 14 business days.
